Tofu Hamburger

four servings
1 Tofu (Soft or Medium or Firm) (about 300-400g)
1/2 Onion
Vegetables like carrot, spinach, broccoli, califlowers. Anything is OK
1 cup Bread crumb
1 Egg
1 Salt & Pepper – 1/4 tsp
1 tsp soy sauce

Put the tofu in a bowl and whip it up right into a paste.
Add breadcrumbs to the bowl and mix.
Chop the greens and fly them with oil.
Add the salt, pepper, soy sauce, egg, and the chopped vegetables into the tofu paste and combine well.
Make into round shape and positioned them in the oven plate. Bake them for 25 mins at 350 degrees.
Put a fave sauce on the hamburger. Eastern Sauces recipe a) Grate 1/4 daikon and upload Ponzu on it. b) Fry�the chopped onion and mix with Ponzu.
